Garden Designer / Landscape Architect.

We’re looking for a self-motivated and detail-driven Garden Designer or Landscape Architect to join our growing team. We’re seeking someone who can take ownership, run with a brief, and play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering gardens and landscapes – both creatively and technically.

Location: E5, London

Type: Full Time / Permanent

 What You'll Be Doing:

  • Working on projects from early design stages through to on-site delivery and handover.

  • Collaborating with clients, consultants, suppliers, and contractors to ensure seamless execution and clear communication.

  • Working closely with our in-house build team to resolve on-site challenges and maintain design integrity.

  • Producing high-quality design packages, technical drawings, planting plans, and specifications.

  • Managing timelines and helping ensure budgets and client expectations are aligned with reality.

 What We're Looking For:

  • A proactive and self-directed attitude.

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in garden or landscape design.

  • A strong understanding of both design and build – including hard landscaping, detailing, and planting design.

  • A sharp eye for design, detail, and quality control.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Someone who values collaboration, takes pride in their work, and shares our passion for well-executed outdoor spaces.

 Technical Skills & Software Proficiency:

  • High level of competence using Vectorworks

  • Experience working in SketchUp

  • Adobe Creative Suite including, InDesign and Photoshop.
