VACANCIES

Operations Manager

We’re looking to bring in an Operations Manager to support the planning, preparation, and smooth delivery of our landscape construction projects.

Our projects are design-led and built to a high standard, often involving bespoke details and carefully considered materials. This role sits between project planning and site delivery, ensuring projects are properly organised, resourced, and set up before and during a project on site.

The role works closely with the Project Coordinator and site teams, and would suit someone with a strong understanding of landscape construction who is organised, commercially aware, and comfortable managing multiple projects at different stages.

We’re looking for people who are:

  • Confident preparing estimates and understanding project costs from drawings and specifications

  • Organised and methodical in planning projects, including pre-construction setup and logistics

  • Comfortable coordinating materials, suppliers, and longer lead-time items

  • Able to support the smooth running of live projects alongside the Project Coordinator

  • Strong communicators who can work effectively between the office and site teams

  • Detail-focused, with a good understanding of quality, sequencing, and site requirements
